What is Forage Pembrokeshire?
Think of it as in idea, an initiative, a slogan, a motto, an ethos.
It is not a business in its own right, but it is part of Black Rock Outdoor Companys
initiative to help promote positive interactions with our wild spaces and facilitate
sustainable tourism in the local area.
The intention is to make foraging accessible to as many people as possible, while teaching them how to do so in a safe and sustainable manor. It is well documented that spending time in nature is
fantastic for our mental health and wellbeing, and we couldn't agree more.
There is also huge advantages when it comes to learning about wild foods, not only does it get you outdoors and interacting with nature, it opens up a wide variety of new ingredients with unique flavours, textures, smells, additional sources of vitamins & minerals and medical benefits.
All foraging experiences are delivered by Black Rock Outdoor Company.

The experience days are delivered in various locations throughout Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire, depending on the season and objective of the day.
