Terms & Conditions

 

Booking Policy

All of our experiences require pre-booking. To secure your place(s), payment in full must be made upon booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your booking, simply let us know at least 28 days prior to the course start date.  We will try to arrange an alternative time/date free of charge. 

If you cancel anytime up to 28 days prior to the course start date, you will be refunded 50% of the original cost. There will be no refund if cancellation is within 28 days of the course start date. The same no refund policy applies to short notice bookings made within 28 days of the course start date.

In the unlikely event that Forage Pembrokeshire has to cancel your course, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation.

Insurance & Liability 

Forage Pembrokeshire has £5,000,000 of public liability & professional indemnity insurance with a the UK's leading foraging insurer. Courses are delivered in various locations, in all weather conditions and these environments are never completely free of risks.

Forage Pembrokeshire constantly assesses our sites and does everything possible to minimise these risks, by choosing locations that show the lowest risk for each specific experience day.

Forage Pembrokeshire will not be held liable for any illness or injuries that occur during or as a result of our activities, unless it is a direct result of our instructors negligence. This is particularly important if participants have gone against our instructions or professional advice.

Forage Pembrokeshire will not be held responsible for any damages to land, property, or persons caused by our past customers, should they choose to replicate any techniques, skills or methods we have shown them during one of our activities. It is advisable that all of our customers who wish to practice or teach anything they have learned on our activities, take out their own insurance to cover any damage to land, property, or persons. 

Behaviour & Safety of Participants

Forage Pembrokeshire reserves the right to remove any person/s (without refund) who do not follow behavioural guidelines. It is unacceptable to use abusive / aggressive language or behaviour and/or act in a way that jeopardises the enjoyment, safety, or well being of any other participants present, including the safety of themselves or members of staff. Clients must comply with all reasonable instructions and directions from the instructors.

Photography

Forage Pembrokeshire will often take photographs and/or video to use for advertising purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or videoed, we must be informed prior to your arrival.

Complaints

Any complaints should be brought to the attention of an instructor during the course. If a customer has a complaint after the course, it must be put in writing within 14 days of the course end date. Forage Pembrokeshire staff will not be required to respond to any complaints received after 14 days of the activities end date.

These terms and conditions form the basis of the contract between Forage Pembrokeshire and yourself as the client, This cannot be changed, unless in writing by Forage Pembrokeshire.
