THE FORAGER'S
FOURSOME

Join professional forager Dan Moar and his handsome canine companion Moose, for a fantastic day exploring a quartet of magical mixed species woodlands, bountiful hedgerows, lush meadows & a picturesque salt marsh over the course of 4-5 hours.

This is our most popular foraging experience and Dan's top recommendation for anyone looking to discover lots of exciting new ingredients, in a variety of different habitats, all within walking distance of each otherThe day will begin with meeting your guide at a specially selected, pre determined time and location. Once the introductions are out of the way, you will be taught where to find, safely identify and sustainably harvest your own wild foods; including plants, mushrooms, nuts, seeds, berries, fruits, roots and drupes. Honing your skills and building your confidence as a forager. You will cover many different topics during thought the day, including some local history and wildlife in the area, the culinary, medicinal, craft uses for the items you find and even some folklore.
